Milwaukee Tool seeks a Materials Developer to shape the future of Jobsite Apparel by identifying, developing, testing, and commercializing innovative textile solutions. You will work at the intersection of material science, product design, and manufacturing to translate product needs into materials that deliver performance for professionals on the jobsite.

You will lead fabric and trim development, manage supplier relationships, and maintain material data in PLM.

Qualifications

• Strong textile knowledge across fibers, yarns, fabric construction, finishes, and performance technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with PLM is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead seasonal sourcing and development of fabrics and trims from concept through approval.
• Lead R&D of new fabric concepts and technologies aligned to user needs and business priorities.
• Translate insights from trade shows, supplier visits, and design briefs into material sourcing recommendations.
