Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Anchor Packaging facility in Paragould, AR is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage raw materials and warehousing operations on the day shift. You will coordinate material flow, perform Oracle entries, and ensure safety and accurate paperwork.

The role offers a $20.00–$22.30 per hour wage, with daily responsibilities in inventory control, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe work direction and work schedules to Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate on-time deliveries of raw material with vendors and purchasing via e-mail, phone, and fax.
• Coordinate all supply chain movements between facilities and ensure daily silo level records to meet production requirements.
• Verify quantities of product received against paperwork and resolve discrepancies; file all records.
• Ensure Product Safety and Product Defense policies are followed and documented.
• Complete daily audits of equipment, scanners, and receiving area facilities.
• Enter work orders for repairs and IT issues as needed.
• Input material information into Oracle for inventory tracking.
• Identify product shortages/damages from delivery upon receipt and report to management.
• Stock products in the proper location and input all material transactions into Oracle.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and document completion.
• Schedule all raw material deliveries to the plant according to the daily production schedule.
