Dover Food Retail is seeking a Lead- Materials for 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) to oversee production activities in a manufacturing environment in the United States. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and accurate execution of processes, with involvement in lean initiatives and supervision of a shift team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, ensuring adherence to procedures, and providing input on performance evaluations.

Lead- Materials 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

A Support 4 requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

Pay Range: USD 24.00 - 25.00 Hourly

This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
