Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Minnesota is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate machinery on the assembly line, move and sort materials, and monitor quality to prevent defects.

You will maintain daily production records, support supervision, and help ensure safe, efficient operations in a collaborative team environment. Pay ranges between USD 24.00 and 30.00 per hour, with eligibility for commissions based on performance metrics.

• Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: USD 24.00 - 30.00 Hourly

This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
