Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced Lead Material Processor at our Columbus PDC facility. The role entails supervising a team of about 10, ensuring safe operations, inventory accuracy, and timely processing of dealer parts orders.

Responsibilities include guiding peers to meet standards, driving lean improvements, and addressing process deficiencies through supervision. This is a non-exempt on-site position with strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned group processes Dealer parts orders accurately and with reliable quality (60%).
• Guide all processors to meet and exceed MPA standards (20%).
• Drive lean practices and continuous improvements as defined by leadership. Set an exemplary “best practice” work environment (10%).
• Working through Supervision to identify and correct deficiencies of processors and/or processes (5%).
• Drives the MPA culture of safet y and Quality (5%).
