Job summary

You will provide hands-on leadership, monitor performance, and ensure efficient pallet handling and movement throughout the facility.

The role requires training duties, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and the ability to communicate operational priorities clearly to the team and management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading material handling teams and ensuring safety compliance.
• Ability to train and develop Material Handlers and maintain onboarding.
• Strong communication to relay safety priorities and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Material Handling team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Assign and coordinate tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and support to material handlers.
• Monitor performance, productivity and safety practices.
• Communicate priorities and safety expectations clearly to the team.
• Serve as the primary contact for the shift's material handlers and report concerns to management.
• Operate PIT equipment as needed to support daily operations.
• Load/unload pallets and move materials throughout the facility safely.
