Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Material Handler in Logan, UT to safely move, stage, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of manufacturing experience; leadership preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and coach diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely.
  • Supply production and packaging lines with required materials.
  • Load/unload trailers and verify counts and documentation.
  • Perform material movements and system transactions (scanning, labeling, inventory).
  • Inspect materials for damage, contamination, or labeling errors.
  • Maintain FIFO/FEFO material rotation.
  • Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Keep warehouse, docks, and staging areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Communicate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
