Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Material Handler Lead/Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO. The role supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are available to manufacturing lines, managing inventory movements, and maintaining a safe, organized work area across shifts.

Starting wage is $30.00 - $32.00 per hour, with full-time hours and opportunities for career development within a leading vinyl window and door manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/material handling/shipping/receiving or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are available to manufacturing lines.
• Manage inventory movements and receiving/storing materials.
• Handle scrap and recycling processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment throughout each shift.
