Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) in Somerset, NJ is seeking a quality records and documentation specialist to maintain SOPs, training matrices, and QC records across the site. This role ensures documents are current, compliant, and readily available to auditors.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work on the third shift in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training, etc.).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures all documentation and communication are compliant with Quality Requirements.
• Manages internal audit documentation.
• Reports corrective actions and safety non-conformance.
• Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Familiar with Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
