Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to lead residential generator installations in West Springfield, MA. You will oversee installation teams, read blueprints, and ensure NEC compliance.

This leadership role also focuses on training and guiding junior electricians, with competitive pay and room for growth. You must hold a valid MA and CT master license and bring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician license in MA and CT or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience as a Master Electrician or senior electrical role.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and generator installation.
• Ability to train, manage and lead other electricians and apprentices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete the installation of standby generators and ATS.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC and state/local regulations.
• Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices on the job site.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work follows safety policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and job records.
