Job summary

Brown-Forman seeks a seasoned Master Data & Governance professional to lead data governance for SKU creation, launches, and changes. You will partner across brands, markets, and functions to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and readiness, guiding governance from requirements through implementation and issue resolution.

You will oversee end-to-end data governance workflows, drive process improvements, assess risks, and provide technical guidance to analysts and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of product master data elements and their impact across planning, procurement, production, logistics, sales, and other supply chain functions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP master data structures and SKU/component creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead master data and product governance workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee initiation and validation of master data for new product introductions and changes.
• Identify and communicate risks to data readiness, compliance, and launch-readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance of data standards across brands and markets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to analysts and partners on governance practices.
• Ensure timely operational handoff and escalation of cross-functional data issues.
