Responsibilities

• Team management: Build and balance weekly therapist schedules.
• Training & coaching: Onboard new MTs and coach body mechanics and service protocols.
• Sales, KPIs & reporting: Drive membership and retail goals; track utilization and guest reviews.
• Standards & guest experience: Maintain Spa standards and ethical upsells.
