Join our team as a Lead Massage Therapist at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Located at Spa Brezza in San Diego Mission Bay Resort, our facility offers massages, facials, nail treatments, Himalayan salt therapies, and relaxation packages in a spacious 7,500 sq ft setting with 9 treatment rooms, a fitness center, retail boutique, and salon. We are seeking a motivated professional to lead our spa team.

Description

As a Lead Massage Therapist, you will serve as a role model, maintain comprehensive knowledge of our spa services, ensure safety and health compliance, educate team members, and promote guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, providing high-quality treatments, and supporting operational and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of therapeutic bodywork experience
• At least 5 years of resort spa experience
• Current Massage Therapist License from the City of San Diego and/or certification from the California Massage Therapy Council
• Experience in a similar resort/spa environment
• Ability to work in a high-volume customer service setting, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Leadership skills and initiative
• Experience in treatment protocol development, room and schedule management, and operational supplies management
