A leading company in Florida is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist/Designated Establishment Manager. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with operational standards, manage a team, and provide a range of massage treatments while maintaining client satisfaction and safety protocols.
Description
The Lead Massage Therapist/ DEM (Designated Establishment Manager) is jointly responsible for ensuring operational compliance of the spa facility following the Florida Board of Massage Therapy in collaboration with the Community or Lifestyle Manager. The Lead Massage Therapist must have industry knowledge and a fundamental understanding of each treatment protocol, revising and updating where necessary to ensure each treatment upholds the standards and expectations of the community. Additionally, the Lead Massage Therapist/ DEM will perform a variety of modalities ranging from Swedish to deep-tissue massage and must feel comfortable working with hot stones while incorporating commonly used massage techniques with their hands, fingers, elbows, knees, and forearms.
