Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Brand Manager of Marketing Operations to own and optimize the Creative Process for North America, aligning brand teams, central marketing, and agencies. You will ensure timely engagement, articulate benefits, and translate data into compelling customer messaging.
You will lead creative rituals, drive efficiency, and support a robust marketing operation that enables sales teams with the right tools and training to succeed.
Define the market position of a product or brand, within the context of the overall product strategy, by conducting competitor analysis and market research, working with the sales team, and driving marketing initiatives to support product or brand awareness and sales. In addition to taking the product to market, this role is responsible for ensuring that the product meets the needs of the market and that data and research gained in the marketplace shape future product direction. Articulate the product and feature benefits and translate them into customer messaging. Give product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, delivering presentations and creating marketing collateral. Responsible for bringing the product to market, driving adoption, and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and tools to be successful.
The Senior Brand Manager of Marketing Operations is a leader who will own the Creative Process and Creative Rituals and Routines for Kraft Heinz North America – leading the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of the existing process, and evolving it for the future. You will drive efficiency and alignment across the Business Unit brand teams, Central Marketing functions, and agencies.

$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
