We're looking for an experienced Lead, Market Insights & Client Success to join our Corporate Services team. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in investor relations or equity research and knows how to turn issuer, trading and shareholder data into practical insights. In this role, you'll shape the issuer journey end-to-end, build the research, presentations and digital resources that scale our client engagement, and partner closely within Sales, with Marketing and other cross functional teams to strengthen and highlight OTC Markets' broader offerings to issuers.
OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely).
This role involves extended periods of sitting and computer work; ergonomic practices and regular screen breaks are encouraged.
This role may require occasional international travel to support global offices (UK, Hong Kong) or industry events.
The target base salary for this role is $130,000–$135,000 complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options, a discretionary annual cash bonus, and discretionary equity awards. Where you land in the range reflects your unique skills, experience and qualifications.
