Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex consulting engagements for maritime clients, including risk management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical and strategic advice to shipowners, operators, and government stakeholders.
• Plan, direct, and oversee project execution with budget control and client satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety management system evaluations.
