DDG seeks a Marine Survey Crew Chief to lead field crew operations under the supervision of a Licensed Surveyor. You will manage data collection, calculations, and reporting for ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will train instrument operators, coordinate with project managers, and uphold client satisfaction while traveling up to 90% and working in a team-driven, outdoor environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of field surveying experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, plats, maps, site plans, deeds and field notes.
• Knowledgeable in the use of Robotic and GPS equipment.
• Basic understanding of auto-linework and Trimble Equipment a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crew activities and report to the Crew Manager.
• Collect data for ALTA, boundary, construction staking, and topographic surveys.
• Check and reduce raw field data, perform calculations, and download survey data.
• Perform project research as needed and communicate with the Field Project Manager.
• Maintain professional demeanor with staff and clients, ensuring satisfaction.
