Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Lead Marine Carpenter to head marine construction and repair projects on the water in the Mobile area. You will manage end-to-end work, from piling driving to installing boat lifts, ensuring top-quality results.

The role requires at least 10 years in marine construction or heavy carpentry, a valid Alabama Boater's License (or willingness to obtain), and a strong focus on quality control and leadership communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine construction or heavy carpentry.
• Must have a valid State of Alabama Boater's License or be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire.
• Strong emphasis on quality control and clear communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine construction and repair projects on the water from pilings to decking.
• Operate a vibro unit with tractor/trackhoe to drive pylons.
• Safely navigate on-the-water operations with a 20x40 commercial barge and support boats.
