Job summary

Spectra in Boulder, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to assemble, manufacture, or refurbish products and sub-assemblies in line with documented procedures and quality standards. You will contribute to on-time delivery and meet production targets while advancing your skills in a growing team.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions in English, using hand tools, basic equipment setup, and assisting in NPI projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English.
• Demonstrated dependability and safety focus in the workplace.
• Basic computer skills to access procedures and time-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or manufacture components accurately per documented procedures.
• Deliver finished products meeting quality and quantity goals.
• Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, hex keys) to assemble parts.
• Perform fine motor tasks like trimming materials and labeling.
• Work with moving parts, power tools, or in restricted spaces as needed.
