Requirements:

1. 12+ years of hands-on experience in QA/Testing.
2. Proven experience in manual testing of Guidewire Claim Center software; Guidewire certification in Claim Center is preferred.
3. Good understanding of P&C insurance domain concepts and workflows.
4. Experience in various manual testing areas: Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
5. Experience in developing and maintaining test methodology and strategy, creating test plans and test cases, and executing them.
6. Defect reporting and tracking using tools like ALM/ADO.
7. Ability to analyze FRDs/BRDs and create corresponding test plans.
8. Experience managing onshore/offshore and client interactions, stakeholder communication as per business needs.
9. Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
