Lead Cloud Architect
GDIT is looking for an experienced Lead Cloud Architect/AWS to join our cloud infrastructure team as lead architect. In this role you will work hand in hand with our client to help this agency modernize and grow its cloud footprint. You will join an existing, high performing team managing three cloud environments, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
In this role you will work with our team and agency leadership to help advocate for the cloud, work to synthesize requirements from across the agency into technical architectures and collaborate with engineers who will be building these systems. You will be expected to provide technical leadership and experience in managing multi-tenant cloud environments.
You should have strong experience using the AWS well-architected framework, AWS services and technologies, infrastructure, application, server, compliance, and hands-on automation experience.
The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
