IHOP in Cypress, TX is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth dining experiences. You’ll supervise the dining room and kitchen, assign tasks, develop schedules, and train staff to uphold IHOP’s standards.

You’ll also monitor equipment, portion sizes, and food quality, review cash receipts and sales reports, and resolve customer issues quickly to keep guests returning for our freshly prepared breakfast favorites.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform the necessary physical duties.
• Great people skills and ability to solve problems.
• Relevant experience or training would be preferred but isn’t required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee food service team to ensure meals meet IHOP standards.
• Set up schedules, assign tasks, and train staff on best practices.
• Maintain quality control: equipment, portion sizes, and overall food quality.
• Check cash receipts and sales reports and address customer issues as needed.
