Job summary

DSN is seeking a Lead Manager/Architect for Splunk Engineering in Philadelphia, PA. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3x per week.

You will lead a team of 3 engineers, architect Splunk roadmaps, and collaborate with peer leaders to set standards and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong interaction and collaboration with peer leaders on standards and best practices.
• Proficiency with LUW (Linux/Unix/Windows).
• Experience supervising a small engineering team (3 engineers) in a Splunk environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3 Splunk engineers.
• Architect and strategize current and future Splunk roadmaps.
• Mentor and lead subordinates; drive standards and best practices across the organization.
