Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist Lead to operate at Evanston Hospital. This full-time role includes days 7-3:30 and requires leadership to schedule staff, manage imaging procedures, and uphold quality standards under radiologist direction.

Required: high school degree or equivalent, ARRT, CPR, and IEMA license; 3-5 years mammography experience with supervisory exposure preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent; Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• Certification: CPR certification required; ARRT required.
• Licenses: IEMA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized exams under the direction of the staff radiologist.
• Maintains a high standard of quality care and adheres to the ACR guidelines while obtaining imaging.
• Trouble shoots day to day issues with equipment and scheduling, and escalates equipment and IT issues appropriately.
• Scheduling staff and maintaining schedule updates.
• Explain procedures with tactful manners when there is a need for additional imaging.
