Job summary

Endeavor Health’s Evanston Hospital seeks a Mammography Technologist Lead to perform advanced mammography exams and lead the imaging team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure quality care, supervise staff, and manage scheduling and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years of Mammography experience, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, ARRT, CPR, and IEMA licensure. This is a full-time on-site position with day shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent and graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• Certification: CPR certification; ARRT.
• Licenses: IEMA.
• Experience: 3–5 years Mammography experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and computer skills; 25–35 wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized mammography exams under radiologist direction.
• Lead department scheduling and supervise staff.
• Maintain monthly budget and provide yearly projections.
• Perform quality control per ACR standards and manage supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and IT issues; escalate appropriately.
• Maintain high quality care and patient communication with tact.
