Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking a Mammography Services Director to lead a nationally recognized healthcare system's breast imaging program in Atlanta. You will partner with Radiology leadership to elevate patient care, drive clinical excellence, and oversee daily department operations.
The role emphasizes staff mentorship, continuous quality improvement, research, and scheduling optimization, with opportunities for professional growth and collaborative innovation across the breast imaging services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
- Minimum four years of diagnostic and invasive Mammography experience.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Mammography team.
- Oversee high-quality, patient-centered imaging services.
- Partner with Radiology leadership on goals and initiatives.
- Drive quality improvement and staff development.
- Support scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the technical and clinical expert for Mammography.
