Job description

Job Summary

Registered Technologist with both administrative and clinical accountability to designated service areas. Work with the Director of Imaging Services and Clinical Coordinator of Breast/Mammo to plan budget, workflow, and staffing needs. Implement and update department‑specific policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with facility, state, federal, and Joint Commission criteria. Provide leadership in the development, optimization, and application of system protocols. Communicate daily with staff and patients regarding any issues. Direct action to ensure excellence in image quality and patient care, employing techniques appropriate to patient age and clinical condition.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
• ARRT (R) (M)
• Active New Hampshire State Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy license
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Mammography Technologist
