Lead Maintenance Technician - Whistlers Green

Position Overview

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the general appearance and maintenance of the property, ensuring a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and units
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assess and repair appliances
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Supervise maintenance staff and other personnel
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided)
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• 2-3 years maintenance experience preferred
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and repairs
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required
