Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for the Taylor Pointe community in Vero Beach, FL. You will oversee general appearance and maintenance to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work orders, conducting preventive maintenance, and supervising site staff. On-call duties may occur; a safe, compliant work environment is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years previous maintenance experience.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Taylor Pointe , a 168 unit apartment community in Vero Beach, FL.

Position Summary

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
