We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Trace, a 218-unit apartment community in Bradenton, FL.
Position Summary:
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
