Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Legends of Apple Valley, a 163-unit community in Apple Valley, MN. You will supervise maintenance, handle work requests, and ensure a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing tasks in units and common areas, preventive maintenance, appliance repairs, and assisting in preparing vacants. On-call duties include a trip stipend when called back after hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
