Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of professional maintenance experience.
Mechanical skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
Ability to train other maintenance technicians.
Strong communication, flexibility, and policy adherence.
English reading/writing/speaking required.
Able to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist maintenance supervisors and managers with daily activities.
Provide guidance to a 20+ technician team.
Perform maintenance on plant machinery, including repairs, preventive maintenance, basic electrical work, and troubleshooting.
Handle other duties as assigned.
