You will diagnose issues on the floor, train technicians, manage SOPs/STPs, inventory, and participate in cross-site meetings, with responsibilities that blend field work and process improvement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities engineering or industrial maintenance experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience creating SOPs or STPs or similar technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical lead for the maintenance team, bridging technicians and site supervision.
• Triages and resolves quick-fix issues on the floor or assigns to the appropriate technician.
• Track equipment downtime; analyze trends and drive resolution with data.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians; lead skill-building sessions.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs and STPs for maintenance operations.
• Maintain parts inventory; coordinate ordering and ensure critical spares are stocked.
