The focus of the Lead Maintenance Technician is to provide maintenance expertise to service, repair, and maintain process and utility of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment currently in service. The Lead Maintenance Technician is expected to understand the needs and requirements of the customer (Operations); must be able to work effectively with customers, handle customer questions with tact and understanding while displaying good customer service.
Overtime may be required during shutdowns, emergency situations, or periods of heavy workloads. The Lead Maintenance Technician will work in and around potentially dangerous and hazardous equipment, powders, liquids and gases. Safety is paramount for this position. Night Shift Role. Will start out M-F 0730-1530 until fully trained. Will transition to a night shift 12-hr 2-2-3 (1800 to 0600) schedule in the future. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $33.89 - $49.71 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
