Wellstar seeks a lead skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee painting and related tasks in hospital settings. You will work independently and in teams on assigned projects while minimizing impact on patient care, and you will assist in training Maintenance Technicians.
The role covers painting, carpentry, documentation, and housekeeping duties in clinical areas, requiring at least 3 years of painting experience and a valid Georgia driver's license or equivalent.

This is a lead skilled position, primarily responsible for all painting maintenance in buildings and assigned areas using supplied materials as required. Carries out duties both independently and as a team member on specific assigned projects. Must be able to work in a hospital environment and complete assigned projects while providing quality along with customer service. Coordinates department repairs with the least amount of impact on patient care. Assists in the development and training of Maintenance Technicians. Performs in a lead role on assigned projects.
