Job summary

J.-Rettenmaier- in Ohio seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician (FT non-exempt) to perform predictive and preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. You will install new equipment and work independently or with a team.

The role requires a journeyman's card or associate degree, at least 3 years' experience as a machine repair tech, millwright or electrical tech, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Journeyman's card or Associates degree in Maintenance Technology or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Machine Repair Tech, Millwright or Electrical Tech.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems and electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing predictive & preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical systems.
• Responsible for complete installation of new equipment.
• Document work orders & maintain spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot & resolve problems independently.
• Communicate to all departments within the organization.
