In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of our community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting. You will also lead and inspire the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Building strong relationships with residents and team members is essential to ensure an excellent living experience.

Job Highlights
  • Perform general maintenance for property upkeep
  • Oversee the maintenance team
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet maintenance goals and standards
  • Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, appliances)
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using the make-ready checklist
  • Check quality of work when accompanying vendors into units
  • Maintain property grounds and ensure curb appeal
  • Manage the maintenance shop, tools, and supplies
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential properties
  • EPA Certification required
  • Ability to work courteously and professionally with residents, staff, vendors, and the public
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • On-call availability and prompt response to maintenance calls
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required
