Lennox in the United States (Georgia/Tifton area) seeks a skilled maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance and simple repairs on our manufacturing machines and equipment. You will diagnose mechanical issues, follow blueprints or manuals, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience and may include a journeyman card or technical diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years related experience.
• Journeyman card or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• Expert knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance; able to lift 50 lbs; some electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventative maintenance and simple repairs on manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and test machinery and components; follow blueprints and manuals.
• Provide work leadership and technical guidance to junior maintenance staff.
