The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance supervision, 3+ years maintenance experience (including light plumbing/electrical), and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor Experience.
• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance requests and supervise turnover to prepare vacant units.
• Ensure property safety and appearance to Cohen-Esrey standards.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with management on priorities and budget.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents as a key team member.
