Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.

Job Summary:

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment through a varied and fast-paced professional Conference Center. This Lead level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance leadership and future management opportunities.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Keystone Conference Center
  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $36.17 / hour
  • Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when business level dictate.
  • Skill Level: Advanced, Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to work order requests for maintenance from Conference Center staff
  • Perform maintenance on and in commercial buildings and their associated systems including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fixtures, and general repairs
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on various commercial equipment
  • Perform maintenance on pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes associated with building operations
  • Perform maintenance on building heating and ventilation systems and associated controls
  • Perform maintenance on commercial kitchen cooking equipment
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with building electrical systems
  • Must be self-motivated and able to manage a high workload
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent – required
  • Previous experience as an intermediate or advanced level maintenance technician.
  • Experience in HVAC & R or Plumbing or related trade – preferred
  • Working knowledge of use of a computer-based work order system.
  • Read, write, speak English - required
  • Valid state issued driver's license – required

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $36.17. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
