Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for the new Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indiana to oversee maintenance of manufacturing and facilities equipment, ensuring peak performance and GMP compliance.

You will lead maintenance teams, perform routine to preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document activities while collaborating with engineering and production to support continuous improvement.

The role is onsite in Indiana with shift changes, may require outside hours and PPE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in pharma or manufacturing.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
• Lead technician teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
