WhiteWater is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to coordinate and execute complex maintenance tasks for municipal and private facilities.
The role requires MA regulatory certifications or the ability to obtain them within six months, plus a valid US driver's license and OSHA/DOT readiness. You will lead a team, liaise with clients, and ensure safety and compliance in all work performed.
The primary responsibility of the Lead Maintenance Technician is timely execution of tasks assigned to them by their supervisor in support of WhiteWater Operations group and external clients. The lead technician will be the point of contact, coordinator of larger and more complex work within their assigned area and be responsible for work performed by maintenance technicians under their influence and direction.
