As our Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our residents' lives by creating safe, comfortable, and beautiful homes. In your capacity as Lead Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Community Manager and the Maintenance Technician(s) to determine property needs and prioritize community improvements. You’ll frequently interact with residents, providing a patient, knowledgeable presence, and enjoy improving residents' lives by improving residents' homes.
