Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff; delegate tasks and monitor performance.

  2. Maintenance Operations: Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

  3. Scheduling & Planning: Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent repair needs.

  4. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment status.

  6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage tools, parts, and supplies.

Qualifications:
  1. Ability to work 3rd shift (10 pm - 6 am Sunday night through Friday morning).

  2. Technical degree, or equivalent technical certifications, with 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have led others.

  3. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance software).

  4. Competent in repairs of Injection Molding Machines and automation. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, material handling systems, and auxiliaries (compressors, chillers, etc.). Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems. Able to see the “big picture” of a machine and determine troubleshooting strategy.

  5. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  6. Leadership and team coordination, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Time management and task prioritization.
