Job summary

TriBridge Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Service Technician for Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts in Winston-Salem, NC. The role supports on-site maintenance across our multifamily properties and requires HVAC certification, strong customer service, and reliable transportation.

Key duties include on-call emergency coverage, reporting hazards to the Maintenance Manager, inspecting move-outs and updating move-in dates, and attending training sessions with the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• Minimum 2 years in the service maintenance field.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must own required tools and have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duty.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.

TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Service Technician for our Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts properties, located in Winston-Salem, NC.

TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA, with approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets currently under management. Requirements:

• Must have multi-family experience
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
