Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels through QUORE.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting of 50 lbs, snow removal, mowing and weed trimming.
