Purdue University Northwest is seeking a Lead MaintenanceTechnician to join their team. The Lead Maintenance Technician isprimarily located at the Westville campus with travel to other PNWlocations as needed. This position will be part of a team thatmaintains the building envelope and all systems within. Operate thecentral heating and cooling plant. Duties will include generalmaintenance of buildings, troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing,and HVAC systems. Oversight of the energy management system andscheduling of the HVAC systems. The Lead position will also assistthe Maintenance Manager in assigning work orders and prioritizingwork. The Lead will also be the primary backup for the manager intheir absence and provide functional supervision. Availability foremergency call outs is necessary.
