Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Crossings at Cape Coral, a 168-unit community in Cape Coral, FL. You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure a great living experience for residents and supervise maintenance staff.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience with proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. HVAC and EPA experience, as well as a CPO certification, are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Crossings at Cape Coral, a 168 unit apartment community in Cape Coral, FL.

Position Summary

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back to site after regular work hours)
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
