Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead and oversee technicians across multiple Atlanta-area sites. You will drive field operations, schedule coverage, and ensure timely maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems while coordinating with vendors.

You will manage budgets, timecards, and overtime, coach technicians, and shape facility performance through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

EPA Certification is required.
5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Experience managing maintenance priorities across multiple sites.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of Facility Technicians across multiple sites.
Create and manage technician schedules to ensure proper coverage across shifts and facilities.
Manage work order priorities and allocate resources based on operational needs.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews, goal-setting, coaching, and mentorship.
Support technician development through hands-on training and advanced troubleshooting guidance.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and general facility repairs.
Coordinate vendor and contractor activities and ensure safety compliance.
Approve and reconcile technician timecards and overtime; validate expense reports and manage consumables and repair spending.
Drive SLA compliance and track key performance metrics; work with leadership to improve facility uptime.

Pay: Ranging from $28.00 – $38.00/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits

What you’ll do

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and oversee a team of Facility Technicians across multiple sites
Create and manage technician schedules to ensure proper coverage across shifts and facilities
Manage work order priorities and allocate resources based on operational needs
Conduct quarterly performance reviews, goal-setting, coaching, and mentorship
Support technician development through hands‑on training and advanced troubleshooting guidance

Facilities Maintenance Oversight

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, including:

HVAC systems
Plumbing systems
Electrical systems
General facility repairs
Vendor and contractor coordination

Support technicians with complex troubleshooting and high-priority repair escalation.

Financial & Administrative Management

Approve and reconcile technician timecards and overtime
Validate expense reports and ensure policy compliance
Manage consumables, parts inventory, and repair‑related spending
Support budget forecasting and cost optimization initiatives

Service & Performance Management

Drive SLA compliance by monitoring response and resolution times
Track and report key operational performance metrics
Partner with Operations leadership to improve facility uptime and efficiency
Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across sites

Vendor & Compliance Oversight

Coordinate and validate third‑party contractor reports and repair documentation
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies
Support commissioning activities and evolving maintenance processes

What your week looks like

50% field support and advanced troubleshooting
20% team leadership and operational coordination
10% preventative maintenance oversight and inspections
10% reporting, scheduling , and administrative management

What we’re looking for

Required

EPA Certification
5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment

Preferred

Commercial facilities or restaurant/hospitality maintenance experience
Experience managing vendors and third‑party contractors
HVAC/R certification or trade school background
Familiarity with CMMS/work order management systems
Experience tracking SLAs, KPI, procuring parts and equipment

Work Environment & Schedule

Field-based role across the Greater Atlanta area
Local travel between sites (home daily)
Monday–Friday schedule
On‑call rotation and overtime opportunities
Travel occasionally (1-3 times per 3 months) outside of home market
